Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Five Solas Woodworking. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. In the event that a repair needs to be done, we will accomodate that as well. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at fivesolaswoodworking@gmail.com to obtain a return verification. After receiving a return verification, place the item back in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend you select a trackable method for your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be processed within seven business days and you will be notified upon submission. As all items are custom made, we will contact you with the anticipated timeline for any exchanges or repairs.
